No, separate sounder circuits are not required. Every detector comes with a built-in sounder and LED flasher base as standard, eliminating the need for additional sounder wiring and reducing installation costs significantly.

What happens if there’s a cable break or short circuit?

The system includes comprehensive protection for both scenarios. Each zone has built-in short circuit isolators that protect the panel electronics. In case of cable breaks, the panel reports the fault and lists affected devices individually to help locate the problem quickly.
